PERSONAL INFO

Born in Leicestershire in 1952 I spent my working life in Rugby, Warwickshire, before taking early retirement due to ill health. Since then, I have lived in Somerset, Devon, Suffolk, and Dorset, before moving to Wales in 2006.

The scenery in Pembrokeshire is stunning and inspirational, and is not surprisingly a haven for artists and writers. It offers a great variety of landscapes, seascapes with rocky headlands, sandy beaches, and estuary scenes. This is why I get such a thrill from trying to capture some of these in a watercolour painting, which is the only medium in which I work.

Becoming a Christian in 1979 opened my eyes to the glory of God's Creation, with its immense variety and colour and beauty. One of my favourite Bible verses is Psalm 19:1 which says: "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork."

In due course I hope to include on my site a short testimony of my own conversion experience.
